The City’s zoning regulations are available online as Chapter 118 of the South St. Paul City Code .
The City Planner can assist you with determining zoning districts, allowable uses, setback requirements, and design standards. Please call or email with any questions.
To determine if an existing or proposed use is allowable, you may request a Land Use Zoning Confirmation Letter .
