- Conditional Use Permits
- Interim Use Permits
- Planned Unit Developments and Amendments
- Preliminary Plats and Final Plats
- Rezoning Requests
- Site Plan Reviews
- Tax Parcel Splits or Combinations
- Variances
- Zoning Ordinance Amendments
The application includes requirements, fees, escrow details, and filing deadlines.
Zoning Permits
Zoning Permits are required for:
- Fences (new, replacement, or major repairs)
- Concrete (new or replacement)
- Asphalt (new or replacement)
- Shed placement
- Floating deck placement
- Gazebo or pergola placement
