2030 Comprehensive Plan

The 2030 Comprehensive Plan served as the official blueprint for guiding growth and development in South St. Paul between 2010 and 2020. It included long-range policies related to land use, housing, parks and open space, economic development, and transportation—all intended to shape how land within the City was used.
