Drought Warning and Water Use Restrictions
Due to severe drought conditions across Minnesota, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has declared the state to be in the drought warning phase. The DNR has requested that cities, including South St. Paul, implement water use reduction measures.
As part of this effort, residents are reminded that lawn sprinkling is not allowed between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
