Sprinkling Ban
The City of South St. Paul implemented a sprinkling ban effective January 1, 2011. Under this ordinance, lawn irrigation (sprinkling) is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. This restriction applies to all properties within city limits.
