Water Meter Reading Information
In 2013, the City of South St. Paul installed Neptune radio-read water meters. These meters allow City staff to read usage data remotely. However, homeowners can still manually read their water meter if needed.
To activate the meter’s display, shine a flashlight on the panel. The screen will show your current usage, along with indicators for water flow and potential leaks.
