Watson Trading LLC is developing a multi-tenant commercial building on a vacant EDA-owned property along Concord Exchange, located between Footh Auto Sales and Stockyards Tavern & Chophouse. The anchor tenant will be Asian Mart, a specialty grocery store expanding from its current location in Burnsville.

Asian Mart offers a diverse selection of grocery products along with a deli counter serving roasted chicken, barbecue skewers, and fried fish. The store will be a valuable addition to the area, providing more grocery and meal options for residents and workers nearby.

Pet Fresh Dog Wash

After purchasing and redeveloping the former Kaposia Convenience Center into a new Holiday gas station, The Linn Companies are now repurposing a small, underutilized gas station across the street into a Pet Fresh Dog Wash.

This location will be the first standalone Pet Fresh facility not attached to a Tumble Fresh Laundry. It will also feature a full-service grooming operation, further expanding pet services in South St. Paul. With this addition, local pet owners will have even more convenient options for grooming and pet care.
