Have you seen a green bag around your new boulevard tree?  It’s a Treegator Watering Bag, which is also called a Gator Bag. These bags slowly and continuously provide water to the trees over 5-9 hours.

These bags only need to be filled up once a week  on weeks where we receive less than 1 inch of rain . Gator bags save water with a 100% water absorption rate and no run-off. These bags are great for young trees as they provide deep water saturation that promotes root growth!

Gator bags take only 5 minutes to fill. Simply follow these steps to use:

1. Make sure the bag is securely zipped
2. Lift the flap at the top to access the hole where the hose will be inserted
3. Fill the bag a quarter of the way; pull up on the handles to reposition the bag
4. Fill up the rest of the way!
