East Hockey Group, LLC offers a 3,000 square foot off-ice hockey and strength training center within Doug Woog Arena. The facility features:

• A 975 square foot artificial turf area
• Shooting lanes, targets, and stick handling areas
• Strength and agility equipment for all types of athletes

How to Inquire

• Name of individual or organization and phone number
• Number of athletes expected for the session
• Intended use of space (e.g., lifting, shooting, warm-up, cool-down, yoga, etc.)
• Preferred date(s) and start/end time(s)
• Whether you would like a Performance Coach to program and run the session

*Please provide as much notice as possible. Requests must be received at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a session.
