The airport offers a conference room available for rent. Our conference room comfortably seats 30-35 people at tables and can accommodate up to 50 people with chairs and standing room only. We have hosted various events, including birthday parties, graduation parties, meetings for metro area groups, and aviation businesses.
The conference room is equipped with a projector, a 100" screen, and an audio setup. We provide most cables needed to connect laptops to the system. Catering is allowed, and you can bring your own food or have it delivered. We also have a list of local vendors available for delivery or catering, but you are welcome to contact your own food vendor.
The costs for renting our conference room are as follows: $25.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum fee plus tax (7.125%). If needed, an additional cleaning fee of $30.00 per hour will be added. Airport staff have cleaning supplies and equipment available if requested.
