The City of South St. Paul may establish an "ADA Accessible Residential Street Parking Space or Zone" on a public street for a resident with Disability license plates or a state-issued Certificate, provided the following conditions are met:
- No available parking accommodations exist on the resident's property.
- The resident regularly experiences difficulty finding on-street parking nearby.
To request an ADA Accessible Residential Street Parking sign, submit a completed application to the City Engineer for review. If approved, the applicant will be notified and must pay the required fee before the sign is installed.
Current Fee: $300 for the placement of an ADA Accessible Parking Sign.
