Park Rentals

Shelter and building rentals are available at Kaposia Park and Lorraine Park. Reservations can be made for the 2025 season through the Parks & Recreation office. The Park shelters at Kaposia Landing, McMorrow and Veterans Field are available on a first come, first serve basis.

For park rentals, please visit the Parks & Recreation Department in person at 125 3rd Ave N, South St Paul, MN 55075 or fill out a Park Rental Request Form. 

Kaposia Pavilion

Full kitchen and restrooms. Hosts up to 100 guests, May–October.

Picnic tables, grills, and playground. Outdoor space for up to 100 guests.

Lorraine North Shelter

Picnic tables, grills, electricity, and recreation. Seats up to 100 guests.

      Shelter Rates:

      • Resident: $75.69 ( tax included) + $100.00 damage deposit
      • Non-Resident: $97.31 (tax included) +$100.00 damage deposit

      Pavilion Rates:

      • Resident: $108.13 per hour (tax included) + $200.00 damage deposit
      • Non-Resident: $129.75 per hour (tax included) + $200.00 damage deposit
