4th Street S will be closed between 1st Avenue S and 9th Avenue S for final paving on Thursday, September 18. No parking will be allowed on 4th Street S during paving operations.
The intersections at 3rd Avenue S, 5th Avenue S, and 7th Avenue S will remain open to traffic; however, drivers may experience delays as crews work near those areas.
