The City of South St. Paul invites you to attend a 2nd public informational meeting to discuss the proposed Concord Exchange Improvement Project.
Bids were received for the project on February 28, 2024, and it is anticipated that construction will commence on the project in the spring of 2024. Prior to the start of construction, the City would like to provide residents with an opportunity to ask questions regarding the construction and to discuss the project schedule. We will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding the proposed reconstruction project at the meeting on March 28, 2024.
In addition to the Public Informational Meeting, a project newsletter, outlining important project information, will be mailed out prior to the start of construction.
