The City is required by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to have a water supply plan. As part of the requirement, the City adopted a lawn sprinkling conservation plan. The lawn sprinkling conservation measure restricts the hours of lawn sprinkling to prior to 10:00am or after 5:00pm each day.
No sprinkling should occur between 10:00am and 5:00pm any day.
