Notice of DBE Construction Goal

The City of So. St. Paul has set an amended Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 6.2% for the FY2026/27/28 Airport Improvement Projects which are funded, at least in part, by Federal grant(s).

The goal and rationale are available for inspection during normal business hours at the South St. Paul Municipal Airport, 1725 Henry Avenue, South St. Paul, MN 55075, until (30 days after date of notice).

The City of So. St. Paul and the US Department of Transportation will accept comments on the DBE construction goal until (45 days after date of notice) at the above address for the Authority and at:
