MnDOT’s Spring Load Restrictions will officially end on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Until that date, obstruction permits for dumpsters and storage PODs will not be approved.
After April 16, residents and contractors may apply for permits to place dumpsters or storage PODs on approved streets. Please note that 4-ton roads are not eligible for dumpster or POD placement at any time.
