The City of South St. Paul is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for the adaptive reuse or redevelopment of the former South St. Paul Public Library building.
Interested parties are encouraged to review the Request for Proposals (RFP) and submit their proposals by Friday, March 29th, 2024, at 5:00 PM. This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity and vision for this iconic structure.
To provide a deeper understanding of the building and its potential, City Staff will be hosting a pre-submittal site and building walkthrough on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. This will be an invaluable opportunity to explore the space and ask any questions you may have.
