Changes to the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act were signed into law. It is extremely important to note there is still over $130 Billion available—however all loans must be applied for by June 30, 2020. In addition, the “covered period” was extended from 8 weeks to 24 weeks. See Congresswoman Angie Craig letter below:
